- Log in to your account.
- Go to the page where you want to insert a picture.
- Click the EDITOR account button to enter Edit mode.
- Choose the column where the picture will appear and click the EDIT TEXT button in that column. A text editor will pop up.
- In the text editor menu, click the Insert/Edit Image button.
- Choose where the picture is coming from.
- My Uploaded Pictures: Pictures you have already uploaded from your computer using the Pufferfish software.
- My Computer: Pictures stored on your computer that have not yet been uploaded.
- A Web Address: Pictures located on another website.
- When you have selected your picture, a photo editing window will pop up. Choose the Size and Wrapping of the photo in this window. You may need to experiment with different sizes and wrapping to achieve the desired appearance.
- Size: Choose small, medium, large, or custom size. The small and medium sizes work well in a slim side column. The medium and large sizes work well in the single column format or in the main column of a two-column format. For custom sizing, use the slider bar to increase and decrease the picture size.
- Wrapping: Wrapping refers to how the text behaves around the picture.
- Click the Okay button when you are finished. You will return to the text editor.
- In the text editor, you have several options to adjust your picture and its placement.
- Change the picture Size or Wrapping: Right click on the picture to see the image menu. Choose "Image Properties". This takes you back to the photo editing window to make new selections.
- Change the picture alignment: Click on the picture to select it. Choose the alignment from the text editor menu.
- Move the picture to a different location: Click on the picture and "drag" it to another place within the text box.
- Delete the picture: Right click on the picture to see the image menu. Choose "Cut" or use the delete key.
- When you are satisfied, click "Save" at the bottom of the editor. (Click "Cancel" if you want to revert to the original page layout.) This returns you to your website.
